Arrival

Upon your arrival to Egypt a designated member of our team will pick you up and take you to your hotel. After freshening up we can head downtown to experience the best thing about Egypt, the food! It will be an early night so you can get rested up after your long day of traveling. 

Giza Pyramids

Explore the ancient Desert

At 9:00am you will be picked up by your local guide to go to on your adventure to the Giza pyramids. But first, we need food so we'll get a traditional Egyptian breakfast on the way. 


Enjoy the scenic views of the Sahara Desert on camel or horse and learn about the importance of the Giza Pyramids. 


After the tour you will head to the Mena house hotel and enjoy a splendid late lunch with breathtaking views at one of the best hotels in the area. 


Finally we'll head back to Zamalek and enjoy felucca ride on the nile to wind down our day into the evening. 




Explore Ancient Cairo

Discover the layers of this Ancient City

Today will be a day about the discovery of ancient Cairo and its unique history. 

We will visit The Museum of Ancient Civilization, the Citadel and see a more authentic version of Ancient Cairo. Make sure you're all packed up as we'll be flying to Luxor this evening. 


8:00 AM Breakfast in Zamalek


9:00 AM: visit Mohamed Pasha Mosque inside the Citadel of Salah El Din.


11:00am - Visit the Museum of Ancient Civilization. 


2:00 PM lunch at el Zeyara Restaurant 


3-5PM EL Moeaz street. We will visit a street that is used to be the educational central  hub of old Cairo,. Some of the very first hospitals, schools & mosques were built and still exist from hundreds of years ago.


Enjoy some shopping in one of the most ancient marketplaces in the world at Khan El Khalili. 



Finally we'll catch an evening flight to Aswan to prepare for the next segment of our trip!

Transportation to temples

After an early breakfast we will begin our short journey to Aswan at 8am.

Along the way we will be stopping at 2 incredible temples. Edfu temple and Komombo. 


Hop on a quick ferry to cross the nile and check into a community members local guest house. 


After checking in we will set out for food and discover the Nubian Market in Aswan.

Ancient Majestic Wonders

Aswan is like no where else in Egypt. Rich with its own culture the Nile remains the most important Element in this city. 


In order to reach our temples today we have to take a short ferry boat. In the Middle of the nile we will discover the ancient temple of Philae, also known as Isis' temple. 


Learn about the relocation of this temple due to flooding and the UNESCO work that went into preserving this ancient site. 


We will have a breathtaking lunch just a short Island away embracing this majestic temple with some hibiscus tea and delicious Nubian treats. 



Depart to Abu Simbel

Mini Day Trip

Abu Simbel is one of the most unique sites in all of Ancient Egypt. Located 3 hours by car south of Aswan, it overlooks the great Lake Nasser sourced from the Nile. We will depart early to make the most of our day.  


The temples here are UNESCO heritage sites due to the engineering it took to save them from potential flooding. The temple is carved into the mountain and depicts the history of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. Truly a must see site in Egypt. 


Upon our drive back we will have a late lunch and enjoy some down time for the rest of our day. 




Welcome to Luxor

Tempels and Tombs

As we start our day in the ancient town of Luxor. We will be grabbing breakfast and making out way to the Valley of the Kings. Explore the ancient burial site of pharaohs, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun. 


Note that entrance to specific tombs such as King Tut & Nefertari may require additional fees not included in our itinerary. 


After we will proceed to the nearby Valley of the Queens: Discover the resting place of ancient Egyptian queens and royal children. This valley houses one of the most amazing preserved tombs in all of Egypt. You must make your way to Nefertari's tomb! 


We've got one more stop to Hatshepsut temple, one of the few women Queens of Ancient Egypt. Here you can learn about how she was able to bring patriarchy to it's knees as she ruled Ancient Egypt. 


After a few hours we'll have built up a big appetite so it's time for lunch at a delicious restaurant overlooking the Nile River. 


We will then have a chill afternoon and get some much needed down time. 

Rise And Shine

Hot Air Balloon

We start our day bright and early (4-5am) to catch the sunrise in a hot air balloon ride. Enjoy breathtaking views of the temples you visited yesterday from high above. This is a truly unforgettable experience and a fantastic way to start your day in Luxor. 



After our adventure we'll grab some breakfast and head back to our home to rest for a few hours after our early morning. 



After we rest up we'll take a quick boat ride across the Nile to make our way to Karnak temple complex. Karnak is one of the largest ancient religious sites in the world. Marvel at the towering columns, obelisks, and statues as you walk through the Great Hypostyle Hall. This entire temple is dedicated to the sun god Amen Ra. 

Finally we'll explore Luxor Temple: Admire the colossal statues, ancient carvings, and the Avenue of Sphinxes leading to the entrance. This temple is the site of of a church, mosque and ancient Egyptian temples all together. 



We'll break for a late lunch and enjoy the rest of the day on a Nile felluca cruise. 

Relax and Restore

Dahab

After our flight from Luxor to Sharm, the next few days are designed to be very free and open for you to relax and integrate everything you've seen. We've completed quite a lot of activities and what better way then to swim in the gorgeous red sea, relax and enjoy some down time. 


One of our days we are going to head a Mountain Temezcal hot dome to detox our bodies and eat dinner under the desert stars. Prepare to celebrate yourself for the next few days. 


There are options for massages and other activities. Those will be made available for you to choose from. 


At the end of your journey you will be provided with a flight back to Cairo in order to catch your return trip.
